These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Snatched by Stacie website, programs, digital content, and physical product purchases. By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Please read them carefully.

📱 Digital Programs & Coaching Access

When you enroll in a Snatched by Stacie program—including but not limited to fitness challenges, live classes, on-demand coaching, digital downloads, or private support—you are granted access to the program materials for personal use only.

You agree not to share, resell, reproduce, or distribute any coaching materials, videos, files, trackers, or app content with others. Access is non-transferable. Any violation may result in removal from the program without refund and may lead to legal action.

💳 Payments & Billing

All pricing is clearly stated at checkout. Full payment is required unless a payment plan is selected at the time of purchase. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the selected method for the agreed amount.

If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Missed payments may result in access being paused or revoked.

💬 Coaching Communication & Boundaries

Clients in coaching programs or 1:1 support offers receive access to scheduled check-ins, direct messaging, and/or weekly live sessions as outlined at the time of purchase. Support is available Monday through Friday during designated hours unless otherwise noted.

Disrespectful communication, boundary violations, or harassment may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

📦 Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our programs, coaching sessions, and downloadable content, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Please be sure you are committed before purchasing.

Physical merchandise purchases are also final unless otherwise stated. We do not offer exchanges or returns unless the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival.

🛍️ Affiliate Links & Physical Product Sales

We may share affiliate links on our website or social media, including links to Amazon and other partner platforms. If you purchase through one of these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. These commissions help support the Snatched by Stacie brand and content.

We also sell branded merchandise and physical items through the Snatched Store. These items are custom-made and fulfilled through a trusted third-party print-on-demand production partner. While we do not list the vendor by name, we manage product design and customer experience. Fulfillment, packaging, and shipping are handled by our production partner.

By purchasing physical items from our store, you acknowledge that shipping and fulfillment may be managed externally and agree to reach out to us directly with any order issues at snatchedbystacie@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve your concern.

📧 Email & Marketing Consent

When you join our programs or submit your email address through our forms, you consent to receive communications from us. These may include coaching updates, product offers, and other resources. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

Results from coaching and fitness programs will vary based on consistency, effort, and personal factors. We do not make guarantees of physical transformation or health outcomes.
