Before I could help anyone else find their balance, I had to find mine first.
MY FITNESS JOURNEY
When I started my fitness journey, I wasn’t thinking about building a brand or inspiring anyone. I was just trying to feel like myself again. Life had knocked me down, and fitness became the one place I could breathe. It gave me something to control when everything else felt too heavy to carry.
Over time, that small space I created for myself turned into something bigger. It became Snatched by Stacie… a space where women could rebuild confidence, structure, and strength without losing themselves in the process. I learned that the real transformation doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from finally choosing yourself.
